To facilitate the communication, often asymmetric, after having a valuable return from medical knowledge, recent too, the analysis of medical language and its automatic use need ad hoc developed ontologies. The latter are devoted to the healthcare professionals and to the consumers/patients. “Lexicon connecters” and “Concept miners” are the devices we have developed for the Medicine and the Health domains. Example of ontology prototypes developed in cooperation with clinical institutions are for the Hemato-oncology, the Geriatrics, the Cardiology, and the Pregnancy and Early Childhood medical specialties.
