The institutional teaching offer of the Politecnico di Milano organizes courses into two main levels:

• first-level degree (Bachelor of Science degree);
• second-level degree (Master of Science degree).

Each level leads to a different qualification and consists of different academic activities measured in credits. Other study opportunities offered by the Politecnico are:

• the Ph.D Program, which is the highest education level and aims at developing the skills required for pursuing a career in the academic or industrial research sectors;
• the Masters, which allow students to focus on specific topics in professional sectors that require an advanced knowledge.
