ITmems (www.itmems.it) is an academic spin-off company of Politecnico di Milano. It was founded in 2014, with the support of the industrial partner XGLab s.r.l., by a group of researchers working in the field of MEMS (Micro Electro-Mechanical Systems) and coming from the Department of Electronics, Information Technology and Bioengineering. The deep knowledge of both low noise electronics and MEMS devices led to the creation of an innovative and compact instrumentation, specifically dedicated to and developed for electromechanical MEMS testing: the MCP series (MEMS Characterization Platoform). ITmems core-business is the development of high-performance electronics instrumentation (hardware, firmware, software) to study and characterize sensors, with a particular focus on MEMS devices, providing customized solutions and consulting.
