Diego Bellan received the M.Sc. and the Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, Milan, Italy, in 1994 and 1999, respectively. From June 1999 to August 2000 he was a Research Assistant with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Politecnico di Milano. Since September 2000 he has been an Assistant Professor with the same department, where he teaches principles of electrical engineering. His research interests are in the fields of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and analog-to-digital conversion of signals. He was involved in the staff of several funded research projects, concerning EMC in the space sector (European Space Agency) and in the railway sector (Trenitalia S.p.A.), and projects supported by the Italian Ministry of University and Research. He serves as reviewer for the scientific journals IEEE Transactions on Electromagnetic Compatibility and IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurements.
