Cesare Mario Arturi received his Electrical Engineering degree from the Politecnico di Milano - Italy in 1975 and he is Full Professor of Electrical Engineering at the School of Engineering Milano – Leonardo of the Politecnico di Milano. He is the author of three books of lectures and two of classwork sessions in Electrical Engineering. The main fields of the research activity of prof. Arturi include the modelling of both the parametric energy conversion and of the power electromagnetic devices (static and rotating). Further, the use of the thermodynamic approach for the study of the conversion electromagnetic devices has been a special field of his research and activity.
