Associate professor
Paolo Bestagini received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Telecommunications Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano in 2008 and 2010, respectively, followed by a Ph.D. in Information Technology in 2014. From 2014 to 2016, he worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Image and Sound Processing Lab (ISPL) at Politecnico di Milano.
He then served as an Assistant Professor with the ISPL from 2016 to 2024.
Since 2024, he is Associate Professor at the Politecnico di Milano.
His research focuses on signal processing and learning for audio, image, and video signals. His primary areas of interest include multimedia forensics, acoustic signal processing, and seismic data analysis.
