Prof. AMIGONI FRANCESCO
Full professor
Francesco Amigoni got the Laurea degree in Computer Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano in 1996 and the PhD degree in Computer Engineering and Automatica from the Politecnico di Milano in 2000. From December 1999 to September 2000 he has been a visiting scholar at the Computer Science Department of Stanford University (USA).
From February 2002 to April 2007 he has been an assistant professor and from May 2007 to April 2021 he has been an associate professor at the Dipartimento di Elettronica, Informazione e Bioingegneria of the Politecnico di Milano, where from April 2021 he is a full professor. His main research interests are about Artificial Intelligence and Autonomous Robotics and, in particular, include multiagent and multirobot systems, mobile robotics, and the philosophical aspects of Artificial Intelligence.
From February 2002 to April 2007 he has been an assistant professor and from May 2007 to April 2021 he has been an associate professor at the Dipartimento di Elettronica, Informazione e Bioingegneria of the Politecnico di Milano, where from April 2021 he is a full professor.
