PIANTONI EDOARDO
Research assistant
Edoardo Piantoni was born in Brescia (BS) on 04 July 1998.
He graduated in July 2021 in Computer Engineering and in April 2024 in Automation and Control Engineering at Politecnico di Milano. During his academic curriculum, he actively participated in the 1000 Miglia Autonomous Drive project from September 2023, integrating himself into the DEIB's mOve research team. In this context, he developed his master thesis, entitled "1000 Miglia Autonomous Drive: analysis and development of the telemetry system for autonomous driving vehicles", performing Telemetry Engineering and Project Manager tasks. His main role was focused on the software development of the telemetry system used on the project's autonomous driving vehicles, and on the analysis of the reliability and performance of this system and of wireless communication technologies.
He is currently a Research Assistant at DEIB, within the 1000 MAD team of the mOve research group.
