Abstract
Professor. Baresi is among the referents of the experimentation project called "Life-saving bracelet - QR Code", an initiative consisting of preparing, experimenting and testing a new socio-sanitary facility within the Most Involved and Safer Citizens Project (CC&S) active in the Milan area since 2013. The new unit is a Life-saving Bracelet (BS) with QR code containing basic information relating to the owner in order to make an emergency medical intervention efficient, quick and personalized, even in the "worst case", that is when the Citizen, in particular the frail elderly, is not in a position to collaborate with the rescuer.
The BS with personalized QR code allows the "new technologies", an endorsement, of the "Citizen with the digital in your pocket" to be used in a finalized way, automating and making known and available the relevant procedures for transferring and using Salvavita information, thus giving life to that role / function called "Citizen Rescuer". (WebAPP - QRcode - Smartphone - First Mile) The elderly citizens residing in the territorial area of the Municipality 3 act as a sample for a possible export to other Municipalities.
