ListenSmart provides innovative solutions in the field of analysis, synthesis and processing of multimedia signals.

The ListenSmart project is born thanks to the interaction between the Image and Sound Processing Lab (ISPL) of the Politecnico di Milano’s Department of Electronics, Information and Bioengineering – which has been involved in audio, image and video research for about twenty years – and the audio/video industries in Italy and abroad.

ListenSmart is driven by two passions: research and development of audio/video technology. The experience gained in research and in the industry has naturally led the team to try to bridge the gap between the latter, sometimes slow in changes, and an academic reality always looking for innovative technologies.
