Lucia Donno received the master’s degree cum laude in Biomedical Engineering in April 2021 from Politecnico di Milano, by defending a thesis on the implementation of a musculoskeletal model of the knee joint, able to quantify ligaments tension during walking (in collaboration with IRCCS Istituto Ortopedico Galeazzi).
She is currently enrolled in the first year of the PhD programme in Biomedical Engineering at the Department of Electronics, Information and Bioengineering of Politecnico di Milano and she carries out her research activity at the Posture and Movement Analysis Laboratory "Luigi Divieti".
Her research interests are focused on movement analysis and the implementation of musculoskeletal models, mainly for clinical and rehabilitation purposes.
