Prof. Marco Carminati, faculty member of the Department of Electronics, Information and Bioengineering – Politecnico di Milano and an expert in electronics for sensors and radiation detectors, has been elected Chair of the Italian Chapter of the IEEE Nuclear and Plasma Science Society.
Prof. Carminati has also been elected Member-at-Large of the Radiation Instrumentation Technical Committee for the 2026–2028 term, a recognition that highlights the significant contributions of the Italian scientific community within the IEEE and in the field of radiation detection instrumentation.
