Abstract

On October 11th, 2018, starting at 10.00 am, the "From High Performance Computing to the Exascale: the research challenges and the new ones applications” event, organized by AEIT with the DEIB department of Politecnico di Milano, will take place in the DEIB Alpha Room.
The aim of all the talks is to present an overview of the main challenges and current solutions to build the next-generation Exascale computing systems, combining the aspects of scientific research with industrial aspects and illustrating some new applications that will exploit that computing capacity.
