Fabio Signorelli was born in Bergamo, Italy, in 1994. Ho obtained the Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering in 2016, and the M.Sc. Degree in Electronics Engineering in October 2018, both at Politecnico di Milano. Since November 2018 he is a Ph.D. candidate in Information Technology at Politecnico di Milano. His research interests include the design, development, and characterization of visible and near-infrared single-photon avalanche diodes (SPADs) and SPAD arrays in Silicon, Germanium and InGaAs/InP semiconductors.
