Sharon Scagnetti joined the Italian National Research Council - Institute of Biomedical Engineering (ISIB-CNR) in 1999. She is Assistant to the Director and coordinates the secretariat of the Institute of Biomedical Engineering (headquarters in Padua, and branches in Milan and Rome). She is also responsible for the secretariat of the Milan branch of ISIB, and manages and coordinates all the ISIB secretariat activities carried out in the organization of international scientific events. She has contributed to the preparation and management of several research projects funded by the European Commission.
