Daniele Loiacono was born in Lecco, Italy, in 1980. He graduated cum laude in 2004 in Computer Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano. Since March 2005 he is a Ph.D. student at the Department of Electronics and Information at the Politecnico di Milano. His research interests include machine learning and evolutionary computation.
