Richard Oliveira received the BSc and MSc degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, USA. He is currently a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Doctoral Candidate with the Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche and Politecnico di Milano. His research interests include distributed optimization, signal processing, machine learning and statistics.
