Tarundeep Singh was born in Lohat, India, in 1997. He earned his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electronic Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia in 2021 and 2024, respectively. Currently, Tarundeep is pursuing a Ph.D. in Information Technology at Politecnico di Milano, as part of a joint program with STMicroelectronics. His research focuses on wafer-level investigations on the time-dependent dielectric breakdown (TDDB) of polymeric dielectrics for next-generation galvanic isolators (GI).
