Samuele Ravazzani received his BSc and MSc degrees in Biomedical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. In 2025 he was awarded the “Premio di Laurea Mario Stefanelli - Università di Pavia” by the Gruppo Nazionale di Bioingegneria (GNB) for the best MSc thesis in bioengineering in the field of e-health and clinical engineering.

He is currently a PhD student in Bioengineering at Politecnico di Milano, within the Neuroengineering and Medical Robotics Laboratory (NEARLab) of the Department of Electronics, Information and Bioengineering (DEIB). His research interests include digital health technologies, multimodal sensing, human-computer interaction, and serious games for assessment and rehabilitation. His current research focuses on the development and validation of multimodal, transdiagnostic approaches for the early identification of neurodevelopmental disorders in children, alongside serious games and digital technologies to support personalized and engaging interventions.
He is a member of the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society (EMBS) and was selected to join the Young-GNB (Y-GNB) working group, which promotes the involvement of early-career researchers in the Italian bioengineering community. In 2026, he served as Co-Chair of the Local Organizing Committee of the 29th Annual Conference of the International Functional Electrical Stimulation Society (IFESS).
