Gloria Turati is a PhD student in Information Technology at Dipartimento di Elettronica, Informazione e Bioingegneria (DEIB) of Politecnico di Milano, under the supervision of Prof. Paolo Cremonesi. After receiving a master’s degree in Mathematics with a score of 110/110 cum laude at Università degli Studi di Milano Bicocca, she worked at Target Reply, acquiring experience in data analytics.
Always passionate about computer science and innovative technologies, in November 2021 she started a PhD in Applied Quantum Machine Learning.
The focus of her research is the quantum gate model and its application to the currently available quantum hardware with the goal of solving real-world problems, mainly environmental issues.
