Motus ml, a spin-off of the Department of Electronics, Information and Bioengineering at Politecnico di Milano, has received the award for the most innovative and impactful start-up in the “Satellite Data Use – Downstream” category at BEX – Beyond Exploration Expo in Rimini, one of Italy’s leading events dedicated to the space sector.
Founded in 2023 by Prof. Emanuele Della Valle and Prof. Marco Brambilla, together with former PhD students Giacomo Ziffer, Alessio Bernardo, and Marco Balduini, Motus ml develops advanced artificial intelligence solutions designed to operate efficiently and autonomously in real-world environments.
In the space sector, its technologies enable intelligent satellite data processing, both onboard and on the ground, supporting Earth observation applications and satellite imagery analysis.
