
Linda Greta Dui, post-doctoral researcher at the Department of Electronics, Information and Bioengineering at the Politecnico di Milano, is one of the winners of the 2025 edition of the International Le Tecnovisionarie® Award, dedicated to female researchers and scientists under 40 who stand out in the fields of artificial intelligence, new materials, space, energy and environment, health, and biotechnology.
Linda Greta Dui was recognized for her innovative contributions in the field of artificial intelligence applied to health and education. A biomedical engineer with a PhD in Bioengineering awarded cum laude, she has focused her research on developing digital tools and intelligent algorithms for the early identification of specific learning disorders, with particular attention to dysgraphia. Her work at the NearLab of the Politecnico di Milano is characterized by a multidisciplinary approach that integrates scientific rigor, clinical sensitivity, and attention to usability.
In addition, she is the co-author of numerous scientific publications, a reviewer for high-profile journals, and actively involved in nationally and internationally funded projects (PRIN, PNRR – MUSA). She has designed and validated m-health devices and serious games that support neurocognitive assessment in children. The social impact of her research is further enhanced by her commitment to outreach and education, aimed at making technology a truly inclusive and accessible tool.
The award was presented to her for her person-centered vision, her ability to transform artificial intelligence into a resource for the well-being of children, and her tangible contribution to responsible innovation.
