Federica Guerrini has won the Graduation Award in memory of Nicoletta Gazzea ISPRA Researcher for 2019. The ceremony will take place on May, 28th 2021 with the participation of Stefano Laporta and Alessandro Bratti, respectively president and general director of the Institute.
The prize was established by the TILT association with the patronage of ISPRA to honor the memory of the researcher Nicoletta Gazzea and is awarded annually to the best master’s thesis in Environmental and Land Engineering (or equivalent degree courses ) discussed on issues related to the innovative applications of geographic information systems in marine and/or coastal environment or to the reduction and mitigation of anthropogenic pollution on marine components.
Federica Guerrini is currently a PhD student of the Dipartimento di Elettronica, Informazione e Bioingegneria, where she carries out her research activity in the Ecology group under the supervision of Prof. Renato Casagrandi in the field of planning and management of environmental systems.
