
Prof. Daniele Ielmini, from the Department of Electronics, Information and Bioengineering – Politecnico di Milano, is among the organizers of the 14ᵗʰ International Workshop on Characterization and Modeling of Memory Devices (IWCM²) and a member of its Scientific Committee.
The workshop will take place from October 2 to 3, 2025, at the University of Milano-Bicocca, offering a unique opportunity to explore and discuss the latest advancements in nanoscale memory devices and emerging memory concepts. Topics will include the physical understanding of memory mechanisms, the investigation of new materials, and the design of innovative device architectures, fostering engaging discussions among researchers, academics, and industry leaders.
The event will also host the 2025 Paolo Cappelletti Award ceremony, established in memory of the pioneering scientist in non-volatile memory technology. The award will be presented to outstanding young researchers working in the field of memory device, circuit, and system science and technology.
