From November 16th to 18th, 2023, the GiViTHON - GiViTI Critical Care Datathon, organised by the Clinical Data Science laboratory of the Istituto di Ricerche Farmacologiche Mario Negri IRCCS and the DEIB - Politecnico di Milano, will be held in Polimi Lecco Campus.

This is the first Critical Care Datathon offering the opportunity to analyse Italian multicentre data from the MargheritaTre electronic medical record, used in more than 70 intensive care units. 

10 multidisciplinary teams consisting of clinicians, nurses, statisticians and analysts have to answer the proposed clinical questions. The participants will compete by using their talents and ideas to find innovative solutions to clinically relevant questions.

The competition continues with a final presentation in which all teams show their solutions. The GiViTHON concludes with a jury voting on the best report and awarding the winning team.
