Filippo Sironi, Ph.D. student at DEIB, received the 1st Runner-up for the project on "ThermOS - System Support for Dynamic Thermal Management of Chip-Multiprocessors", an innovative method for the management of thermal emergencies in operating systems, which does not compromise efficiency and quality of service.
