The Dimitris N. Chorafas Foundation Prize for the year 2022 was awarded to Fabio Garzetti for the PhD thesis “Ultras-High Performance Digital Electronic Architectures for Events Management in Real Time Environments” (supervisor: Prof. Angelo Geraci, tutor: Prof. Giorgio Ferrari) and to Marco Manzoni for the PhD thesis “Fast and Robust Estimation of Atmospheric Phase Screens Using C-Band Spaceborne SAR and GNSS Calibration” (supervisor: Prof. Andrea Virgilio Monti-Guarnieri, tutor: Prof. Carlo Giuseppe Riva).
