Piergiulio Mannocci was born in Pisa, Italy, in 1995. He received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Electronics Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 2016 and 2020 respectively, defending a thesis on "Design and simulation of in-memory computing circuits with memristive devices".
From 2017 to 2019, he was Integrated Project Team Leader of the Electronics Team in Skyward Experimental Rocketry, a student association hosted by Politecnico di Milano that designs, build and launches sounding rockets.
Today, he is pursuing the Ph.D. in Information Technology at Dipartimento di Elettronica, Informazione e Bioingegneria, Politecnico di Milano, working on analogue circuit design for in-memory computing with emerging devices.
