Edoardo Setti received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Automation and Control Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, specialising in robotics. He is currently a Researcher at the MERLIN Lab (DEIB). His research focuses on the automation of manual testing procedures for aircraft cockpits, traditionally performed by human operators. The objective is to develop a collaborative robotic system capable of executing interaction tasks (e.g., pressing buttons, rotating knobs, etc.) through the integration of machine learning techniques, computer vision, and Programming by Demonstration.
