Federico Terenziani was born in Pontremoli (MS) on October 3rd, 1999.
He received, both from Politecnico di Milano, a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics Engineering in 2021 with a thesis on neurophotonics, and a Master’s Degree cum laude in Automation and Control Engineering in 2025, defending a thesis about the application of model predictive control to the speed control of an autonomous motorcycle.
During all the years spent as a student in Politecnico di Milano, he was also involved in the activities of Polimi Motorcycle Factory, the motorcycle racing team of Politecnico di Milano, where he was Technical Director from end-2021 to end-2023, when the team became Vice-World Champion in the Motostudent International Competition, developing specific knowledge and skills in the automotive, motorcycle and motorsport fields.
In September 2025, he joined the mOve research team as a Ph.D. candidate in Information Technology at Politecnico di Milano, focusing his research activity on control strategies for rider-assisted and autonomous motorcycles.
