Gerardo Malavena was born in 1992 in Atripalda (AV), Italy.
He received the B.Sc and M.Sc degres (cum laude) in Electronic Engineering from Università degli Studi di Salerno in 2014 and Politecnico di Milano in 2017, respectively.
His current research interests include characterization and modeling of 3-D NAND Flash memoriy arrays and investigation of NOR Flash-based hardware neural networks.
