Harsha was born in India and he received his Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology(IIT-ISM), Dhanbad, India in 2014. He received his Master’s degree in electrical engineering from politecnico in 2018. His thesis was on developing a low cost synchronized acquisition system. After graduating, he worked as a research collaborator for Politecnico Di Milano in a project with SGM Lektra to transfer the microwave measurement technology implemented in a Texas instrument microprocessor to another microprocessor used by SGM Lektra . His responsibilities were to develop the software program to achieve the level of accuracy in the measurement as specified by SGM Lektra. He started his PhD in November, 2018 in electrical engineering in Politecnico Di Milano. His current research interests are Precision time protocol (PTP) networks, applications of the theory of possibility in metrology and methods to propagate and evaluate uncertainty for use in an Industrial scenario.
