On October 6th and 7th, 2022 will be held in Aula Magna (Piazza Leonardo da Vinci 32, Milano), the 11th International Workshop on Characterization and Modeling of Memory devices organized by Politecnico di Milano, Micron and Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca in collaboration with Fondazione Politecnico di Milano.IWCM² is sponsored by Micron Foundation.
IWCM² represents a unique opportunity for reviewing and discussing aspects of nanoscale memory devices and novel memory concepts, including the physical understanding, the new materials knowledge and new device architecture encouraging fruitful interactions among participants, technology leaders of industry and academia.
