I was born on 21st August 1991 in Monza. I got my Bachelor degree cum Laude in July 2013 at Politecnico di Milano. I spent a semester (September 2014 - January 2015) abroad as Erasmus+ student at Chalmers university in Goteborg, working on projects in an international environment. I got my Master degree cum Laude in April 2016 at Politecnico di Milano, discussing the thesis “A predicated grammar for X509 certificates and its parser: systematically checking for syntactic soundness of digital certificates”. Since June 2016 I have started a research grant to work on cryptographic techniques to ensure privacy in IoT context. I have also applied for a PhD in Computer Science and Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, XII cycle, which will start on November 2016.
My reseach interests are currently focused on application of language theoretical concepts to computer security (LANGSEC), as it was done in my Master thesis to securely parse X.509 certificates. Moreover, I am focusing also on potentially disruptive cryptographic techniques like homorphic encryption and multi-party computation to perform computations in privacy-aware contexts. In my current activity I am mainly working with Alessandro Barenghi and Gerardo Pelosi.
