July 15th, 2016
Abstract
Endri Bregu, Daniel Cantoni, Paolo Casamassima, Andrea Patelli, Luca Mottola, and Kamin Whitehouse have received two Best Paper Awards at the 14th ACM International Conference on Mobile Systems, Applications, and Services (MobiSys), held in Singapore.
The paper "Reactive Control of Autonomous Drones" won the Best Paper Award at the main conference. An especially-appointed committee of four researchers from academia and industry has chosen the paper out of the seven best papers accepted at the conference.
ACM MobiSys is the flagship venue for research and development of mobile systems. The paper receiving the Best Paper Award is now automatically nominated for ACM SigMobile's Research Highlights and echoed on ACM's official social network accounts (https://twitter.com/TheOfficialACM/status/752261308083568641).
The paper "Model-based Real-time Testing of Drone Autopilots" won the Best Paper Award at the co-located ACM Dronet workshop.
