Brambilla, Soatti and Nicoli won the IEEE SSP 2018 Best Student Paper Award

Abstract
Mattia Brambilla, PhD student at DEIB, in collaboration with Gloria Soatti and Monica Nicoli, won the “Best student paper award” at the 2018 IEEE Workshop on Statistical Signal Processing (SSP), with the paper “Precise vehicle positioning by cooperative feature association and tracking in vehicular networks”. The prize will be awarded during the SSP 2018 awards ceremony on June 12th, in Freiburg, Germany.
The SSP Workshop is a unique meeting that brings members of the IEEE Signal Processing Society together with researchers from allied fields such as bioinformatics, communications, machine learning, and statistics.
