"Il Fattore Umano" Argo Tractors Device awarded as Technical Innovation at Eima 2016
October 27th, 2016
Abstract
The Human Factor is a new device born from the collaboration between Argo Tractors and the Politecnico di Milano. The Human Factor will be exposed at EIMA 2016 in the portico of the Service Center as a winner at the EIMA International Competition Technical Innovation 2016.
The research team, led by DEIB professor Sergio Savaresi and including Simone Formentin, DEIB assistant professor, and Stefano Bottelli, former DEIB PhD student, has created a device that focus on the operator driving the tractor.
Installed on a X7 Series McCormick tractor for the event, the new Argo Tractors device is also available for other series.
The Human Factor optimizes in a simple and immediate way the operator driving style on the road, in relation to three performance indexes: comfort, safety and economy exercise.
Further information is available in the attached file.
