Abstract
Giovanni Ludovico Montagnani was awarded the 4th place of the Student Award at the IEEE Nuclear Science Symposium (held in Strasbourg from October 19th to November 5th 2016) for the poster presentation entitled "Mapping Tool for Investigation of Component-Level PCB Compatibility in Multimodal MRI/SPECT".
This work was developed in the context of the European project INSERT, which is realizing the first clinical SPECT insert to be placed inside a traditional MR scanner for simultaneous multimodal medical imaging, with relevant impact in neuro-oncological applications.
