DescriptionThis experimental setup mimicks the structure of a real-life industrial assembly plant. A SCARA robot picks up small metal cylinders, representing the raw parts, from a repository, and puts them on a conveyor belt. Along the path of the conveyor belt, electro-pneumatic devices can push the parts into work stations. This plant can be used to test control techniques for discrete-event systems.
