I was born in Abhar (Iran) in 1984.
In 2006 I received his BSc degree in field of Electronics Engineering from Khaje Nasir University of Technology (KNTU) with a thesis titled “10 first Fourier harmonic generators”.
In 2009 I received MSc degree in field of Electronics Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology (IUST) with a thesis titled “Design and simulation of CMOS image sensor with high dynamic range and low power consumption” with mark 20/20. I also was ranked first in field of Electronics Engineering during Master degree.
Currently I’m a PhD Student in Information Technology at the Semiconductors and Integrated Circuits Lab of the Politecnico di Milano (Campus Como) under the supervision of prof. Giuseppe Bertuccio. My research activity is primarily focused on the design, simulation and characterization of ultra-low-noise low-power CMOS Integrated Circuits with Specific Application in space and medical equipment to readout radiation sensors.
