Dejan Markovic was born in 1985. He obtained a Master degree cum laude in Telecommunication Engineering in December 2009 at Politecnico di Milano. In 2010 he received the Diploma of Alta Scuola Politecnica. Since January 2010 he is a PhD candidate in Information Technology at Politecnico di Milano. He is part of Image and Sound Processing Group (ISPG). His research activity is mainly focused on analysis, geometric modeling and microphone array processing of acoustic wavefields for multimedia applications. This research activity is a part of European Project “SCENIC: Self Configuring ENvironment-aware Intelligent aCoustic sensing”.
