GlobaLeaks is a tool that helps newspapers, activists, corporations communicate with whistleblowers. The project was started in 2011 after data leaked to WikiLeaks subsequently leaked to the public. This talk will describe the technical details of how GlobaLeaks protects the anonymity of sources and confidentiality of data shared with organizations. It will also describe research opportunities and the project's development roadmap.

Nick Skelsey is the lead developer at the Hermes Center for Transparency and Digital Human Rights, a core contributor to the GlobaLeaks project, and a member of HacDC.
