Abstract:
Social networking is at the "peak of inflated expectations of its lifecycle. Enterprises have taken notice and are now revisiting their strategies to tap into the collective knowledge of their staff and their customers.
In this talk, Dr. Bartolini will present research currently underway at HP labs on collaborative social knowledge management applications for the enterprise.
