Mirko Gelsomini won the Student Research Competition at ACM ASSETS 2016 (Reno, Nevada) with the paper (+ demo) "An Affordable Virtual Reality Learning Framework for Children with Neurodevelopmental Disorder".
ASSETS is the most important ACM conference on technologies for disability. For the first time in the history of this conference, this year at the XVIII edition, the winner is European.
The competition is sponsored by Microsoft as part of MS Student Research Competion Program, which organizes Student Competitions in about 22 ACM top conferences.
