It has been kicked off the second edition of Data-Shack, interdisciplinary program of Data Science, a joint venture for research and training between Politecnico di Milano and Harvard University which brings together groups of scholars of Data Science and Big Data, software engineering and computer science, and design.
Eight students - four from Harvard and four from Politecnico di Milano, of which one of Como Campus, under the supervision of Harvard and Politecnico di Milano faculty, will address the big data extraction, analysis, and visualization problems provided by two real-world stakeholders in Italy: the Como city municipality and Moleskine.
